Alastair holds a doctorate from the Department of Management, Birkbeck, University of London. His dissertation topic focused on organisational identity and change in the UK magazine publishing industry.
He has taught a number of subjects at postgraduate level at Birkbeck, including organisation theory, corporate social responsibility and research philosophy. For his academic cv, please click here.
Alastair has worked as a project and change manager for a number of organisations, including the BBC, TES Global (the Times Educational Supplement) and the British Standards Institution (BSI).
